Composizione di atti giudiziari utilizzando LaTeX
(Federico Gallo)
Sommario
Abstract
The use of LaTeX for drafting legal documents does not present any particular difficulty and can prove useful, both for its typographic output and for the time-saving it ensures after creating an adequate template. Since September 1, 2023, a Decree from the Ministry of Justice has been in effect, mandating adherence to certain typographic rules for lawyers. Today, it is expected that a legal document includes cross-references within the text, an abstract, and direct links to external documents cited in the text. LaTeX, with its capabilities, guarantees an optimal result in this respect. Yet, the number of lawyers and jurists using LaTeX is remarkably small. In this article, I propose an approach to drafting legal documents that allows for achieving an excellent typographic result, even for those without an in-depth knowledge of the program.
