Bibtex: accorcia i nomi degli autori

Buongiorno a tutti,
scrivo in quanto neofita per cui spero di non fare errori , nel caso mi scuso anticipatamente 😀

Il file è il seguente:

il problema è con gli autori in quanto l’output è il seguente:

[1] H. E.-Z. J. K. Y. K. S. Helal, W. Mann and E. Jansen, \Let the objects
tell what you are doing,” in 2016 ACM International Joint Conference
on Pervasive and Ubiquitous Computing, 2016.

Poiché vorrei avere i nomi degli autori per esteso (e magari visualizzati nell’ordine che ho scritto), come potrei fare? In cosa sbaglio?
