Problema bibliografia

Ciao a tutti,
sto scrivendo la tesi in latex, quando inserisco la bibliografia mi compila una cosa strana, questo è un pezzo di codice del file.bib:

che mi restituisce questa cosa:

I nomi sono messi a caso, inoltre non ci sono le virgole tra un nome ed un altro. Nel preambolo definisco la bibliografia così:

Ho provato anche a mettere come stile PLAIN, ma non cambia niente. Cosa può essere?
