problema con makeindex

buongiorno,
sto cercando di creare un indice analitico oltre all’indice generale

ho usato per questo makeindex

ho un problema pero’, nel file che riporto sotto ho richiamato con degli input diversi file,
uno per ogni anno accademico,
makeindex riconosce le parole indicate e permette il link, ma se c’e’ una stessa parola
che compare in due file richiamati attraverso input non mette insieme le occorrenze ma le spezza

ad esempio se la parola pippo compare a pag 11 del primo file e 22 del secondo
io vorrei comparisse pippo, 11, 22
mentre cosi’ ottengo
pippo 11
pippo 22
