Utilizzo il pacchetto algorithm2e che come opzioni sulla lingua prevede soltanto inglese,tedesco,francese ceco e portoghese
`\renewcommand{\listalgorithmcfname}{QUELLO CHE VUOI TU}`
Però avresti potuto cercare nel forum, c’era.
