\tableofcontents non mi va a capo III

Ciao a tutti,

ho letto sul forum quanto scritto a questo proposito, e ho provato a usare l’istruzione suggerita nel topic “\tableofcontents non mi va a capo II”. Mi funziona ha patto che non usi il pacchetto hyperref. Riporto il codice qui sotto
