Comporre in griglia

Nei manuali tipografici si raccomanda sempre di comporre appoggiando le righe del testo su una griglia ideale identica sul recto e sul verso di ogni singola pagina. Il motivo sarebbe quello di non lasciar trasparire il testo di una faccia della pagina se non nascondendone le righe dietro le righe dell’altra faccia.
È possibile farlo anche componendo con i programmi del sistema TeX ?
Abstract
Handbooks on typography always recommend to lay the written lines on both sides of the same page on an ideal grid identical for the recto and verso sides of each page. The motivation should be to avoid that the lines on one side of the page get visible while reading the other side of the same page.
Is it possible with the means of the various typesetting programs of the TeX system?
