ho provato plain_ita, ma il titolo è scritto comunque normale, mentre il riferimento alal rivista è in corsivo. Io vorrei esattamente il contratio!
ecco un esempio della mia bibliografia:

Io vorrei il title in corsivo, come \emph per intenderci,
i il “journal” e “yer” normali….
