Mapping to individual characters in expl3

Moreover C.B. could not use the same NotoSansBengali-VariableFont_wdth,wght.ttf font; he could use instead the NotoSansBengali.ttf one, but the results are visibly the same.

Abstract
Humans see single glyphs even when they are made up of several commands, for example a letter followed by a self combining diacritic mark; humans call such visible signs graphemes. This package describes how to separate single graphemes in strings made up of Unicode encoded glyphs.
