      Sapete a cosa è dovuto?

      Probabilmente a un “BOM mark” all’inizio del file .bib; si può fare l’ipotesi che il file sia stato registrato dopo che è stato aperto con qualche editor “intelligente” su Windows.

      Cambiagli nome e aprilo con un editor “non intelligente”, per esempio gedit; copia il testo in un’altra finestra, registra con il nome biblio.bib e riprova.

      Noto che usi una quantità spaventosa di \include. Sei proprio sicuro di volerlo fare? Cambiali tutti in \input, vivrai più felice.

        Se non usi \includeonly, include non serve a granché.

        Il primo errore è molto chiaro: alla riga 27 del file in lettura in quel momento, che è thesis_uff.bbl, hai un carattere Unicode che l’opzione utf8 a inputenc non sa gestire. Guarda il file, trova il carattere e se hai dubbi chiedi.

        Il secondo errore è dovuto al fatto che non hai alcun file “biblio.tex”. Quando dai \include{biblio} e il file non viene trovato, LaTeX si limita ad avvisare. Suppongo che non ti serva, se non c’è, che dici?

        Il file .bbl è prodotto da bibtex. Ma se nel tuo documento .bib c’è un carattere strano, apparirà anche nel .bbl: se lo cerchi lì, capisci qual è e lo trovi anche nel .bib

            Come al solito sei su una macchina Debian coformant e hai una TeX Live/Debian.

            O ti installi biblatex che non viene istallata di default (casa che probabilmente non è possibile perché la Debian è aggiornata al 2009, e forse non ne dispone) oppure fai quello che viene sempre raccomandato:

            1) lasci li TeXLive/Debian che serve al sistema per soddisfare certe dipendenze;
            2) installi la TeX Live completa seguendo le istruzioni di texlive-upunto.pdf come viene detto sempre a tutti quelli che hanno una macchina Debian conformant.

              `\bibliographystyle`
              non serve, se usi biblatex. Poi, che razza di distro usi che non ha biblatex preinstallato? Dotati di una distro moderna (consiglio una TeX Live nuova di pacca), e studiati l’Arte (quassù), che ti spiega come fare la tua brava bibligorafia.

              Dopo di che, se serve, ne riparliamo.

              Io uso Ubuntu 10.10.

              Non ho ancora texlive.. Lo sto installando, ma ci sta impiegando parecchio.

              Quindi io NON uso biblatex, ma solo bibtex..

              Per questo metto il bibliography style.

              Il punto è che mi da quell’errore “strano” e che io non vorrei vedere le pagine a cui si trovano le varie citazioni.

              abstract = {A semi-automated method is presented for the determination of the degree of stenosis of the internal carotid artery (ICA) in 3D contrast-enhanced (CE) MR angiograms. Hereto, we determined the central vessel axis (CA), which subsequently is used as an initialization for a level-set based segmentation of the stenosed carotid artery. The degree of stenosis is determined by calculating the average diameters of cross-sectional planes along the CA. For twelve ICAs the degree of stenosis was determined and correlated with the scores of two experts (NASCET criterion). The Spearman?s correlation coefficient for the proposed method was 0.96 (p<0.001), versus 0.89 and 0.88 (p<0.001) for the manual scores, and a smaller bias and tighter confidence bounds for the automated method were found.}

One such extraarticular structure is the bursa. Bursitis can clinically be misdiagnosed as joint-, tendon- or muscle-related pain. Pathological processes are often a result of inflammation that is secondary to excessive local friction, infection, arthritides or direct trauma. It is therefore important to understand the anatomy and pathology of the common bursae in the appendicular skeleton. The purpose of this pictorial essay is to characterize the clinically relevant bursae in the appendicular skeleton using diagrams and corresponding multimodality images, focusing on normal anatomy and common pathological processes that affect them. The aim is to familiarize radiologists with the radiological features of bursitis.},

In the last decade, a new diagnostic technology called photoacoustic imaging has evolved which is moving rapidly from the research phase to the clinical trial phase. This article outlines the basics of photoacoustic imaging and describes our hands-on experience in developing a comprehensive photoacoustic imaging system to detect tissue abnormalities.},

              Dove vuole il $?? Help please!

              Hai un po’ di problemi; per esempio ti manca la graffa chiusa nel titolo di “art:sethian”. Il campo “month” vuole le abbreviazioni dei mesi senza graffe: jan per gennaio, e così via.

              Il problema è nel campo note di “springerlink:10.1007/978-3-540-40899-4_24”, dove c’è un _ non protetto. Quelli negli URL non sono da proteggere, perché si arrangia il comando \url; lì invece devi mettere \_.
