Beamer Template

salve a tutti

sto cercando di costruire un template per presentazioni.
Il riferimento che ho è un template scritto per Power Point (in allegato a questo post)

Il punto è questo, io ho tentato di riprodurlo con il codice che trovate in basso, con scarsi risultati. Ovviamente nel mio laboratorio sono l’unico che usa LaTex, ecco perchè mi rivolgo al forum.
L’header che vorrei apparisse a partire dalla seconda slide, si sovrappone al logo sulla prima. Inoltre non capisco come scrivere il titolo di ogni slide in un box sovrapposto all’header.
Mi aiutereste per favore?
