Per quel che ti posso dire NON devi assolutamente usare i comandi \bf e gli altri vecchi comandi del vecchio LaTeX209, perché fanno cose diverse, ammesso che siano ancora definiti, rispetto alle dichiarazioni e ai comandi di LaTeX2e, che è quello che stai usando Nel file che segue ho lasciato le dichiarazioni, ma in genrale sarebbe meglio usare i comandi, quindi non [tt]{\bfseries testo}[/tt], ma [tt]\textbf{testo}[/tt].
Il codice seguente non chiama più i pacchetti inutili, sia quello rimosso dalla distribuzione sia quello chiamato dsfont, altro vecchiume, perché i font doublestroke sono già disponibili con i pacchetti amsmath e amssymb.
Babel con la lingua ingles non ha bisogno di essrre chiamanto, perché la lingua inglese è quella di default. Più importate di tutto, invece, è mettere hyperref per ultimo, sena nessuna opzionel hyperref sa dove trovare da solo il driver di cui ha bisogno a seocnda del motore di composizione che usa.
