Plan for TeX Live 2014:
16mar: sources committed, builds begin.
17apr: tlnet (and TL’13) frozen, tlpretest starts, CTAN updates continue there.
15may: complete code freeze for final build.
23may: final updates from CTAN, final doc tweaks.
24may: deliver TL image for TeX Collection packaging/testing.
1jun: deliver TeX Collection DVD to manufacturing.

C’è un ritardo? Se ne sa qualcosa?

No; l’ultima variazione nel repository di TeX Live è del 29 maggio. Stanno stampando i DVD.

Sì, usando uno dei server che hanno la “development version”: vedi http://tug.org/texlive/pretest.html

Ma li sovraccarichi per niente, meglio aspettare qualche giorno. Il giorno dell’uscita ufficiale è quello in cui i DVD sono pronti.
