I am a computer engineer, and I work as a technician at the Department of Cultural Heritage of Padua with different tasks ranging from purchasing software to hardware management and application design. My strong determination and will to improve my position in the organization has allowed me to achieve several promotions. I enjoy acquiring new knowledge and putting this at the service of my colleagues and my company. My formal education has been of great use. The university environment has provided me a with the opportunity to obtain the specific expertise of new programming languages such as Java, C, Assembly, Python and begin working in a team with fellow computer engineers on assigned projects, while at the same time I have applied what I have learned on the job front by studying and accumulating new skills in using dedicated applications to create tables and design drawings, and software to take advantage of the databases ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP and the GOI.

Buonanotte,
Simone
