In effetti avevo risolto anche io rinunciando all’indicizzazione delle subfigure rimuovendo l’opzione lofdepth (anche perché mi sarebbe venuto un indice molto pesante).
Ho scritto a Steven Cochran, vedremo.

Yes, this is probably the major bug in the subfig package at this time. I have not yet found the problem, you are right that figure is not being named correctly (or at least consistently with the expectations of the subfig package) within the hyperref package.
As soon as I have an answer to this problem I will be sending out an updated version (along with some other, more minor, bug fixes).
Non resta che attendere e non usare le opzioni lofdepth e lotdepth se si chiama hyperref.
