Ho utlizzato Synaptic per aggiornare i fonts del latex, ma nei fonts contemplati non c’è il garamond (o meglio, ci dovrebbe essere). Ho così, installato texlive2007 su unix (in mac os X). Penso di aver installato anche il garamond, perchè in un caso funziona. Ho provato, tuttavia, con un altro file e questo è il risultato:
