Ho fatto alcuni esperimenti, sempre sulle due entry del primo messaggio, e ho notato che la causa di tutto e’ la presenza di due paper con gli stessi autori e lo stesso anno di pubblicazione. Basta infatti alterare per esempio il campo “Author” e tutto riprende a funzionare. Ripristinandolo, alla terza passata pdflatex si inchioda alla prima delle due definizioni che incontra. Una ricerca sul web alla luce dei nuovi dati emersi non ha condotto a risultati utili, allego il file principale della tesi (magari e’ qualche pacchetto stravagante che ho caricato la causa questo comportamento).

Se tolgo tutti gli \include e scrivo \citep per le due citazioni, non ho alcun errore. Secondo te quello è un esempio minimo? Occorre qualcosa che riproduca il problema e che sia compilabile.
