Temo che ci sia poco da fare con macro. Purtroppo, rispetto all’esempio del file .zip che indicavi il bbl viene diverso.
Ma non è poi così difficile aprire con un editor il file .bib dopo che è stato generato da JabRef e cambiare tutti i campi “url” in “urlignore” che ovviamente lo stile ignorerà. Per farti capire, il tuo esempio diventerebbe
