Seguo le tue istruzioni (a parte mettere la definizione delle opzioni prima di

e ottengo un documento 364mm per 257 mm, senza alcun errore.Boh. Misteri del TeX. Ho provato a rifare tutto da capo e non mi cambia niente, anche spostando la definizione delle opzioni come dici (cosa che avevo già provato ieri).
Comunque c’è una scappatoia che pare funzionare ed evita di dover modificare leaflet.
