RISOLTO!
Appeno ho letto il file .blg, tipo di file che fino ad ora non avevo mai aperto, mi è venuto il sospetto che il problema fosse lo spazio inserito nel titolo del file, che qui viene indicato con un asterisco:

: \bibdata{Formazione*clero-blx
: ,X:/ARCHIVIO/JabRefDataBase/filosofia}

Tolto lo spazio, ora mi compila correttamente la bibliografia. Se penso che ieri mi sono arreso stremato alle 3 del mattino (dopo aver tentato di tutto modificando il codice), per ‘sta cavolata!
