Ah ok quindi non devono essere per forza allineate le &, pensavo dipendesse anche da quello!
ho riprovato facendo un esempio e cambiando in \multicolumn{1}{c}{Fonti} & 2007 & 2008 \\
il 2 in 1 non mi da più errori, ma non ho capito in base a cosa varia quel numero.
se scrivo ad esempio:
\begin{tabular}{lcr}
\toprule
\multicolumn{1}{c}{Fonti} & 2007 & 2008 \\
\midrule
Servizi Premium & 53\% & 45\% \\
Hiring solutions & 23\% & 22\% \\
Marketing solutions & 24\% & 33\% \\
\bottomrule
\end{tabular}
come errore esce: extra alignment tab has been changed to \cr …n{1}{c}{Fonti} & 2007 & 2008 & 2009 & 2010 \\
