Hai ragione, quel pacchetto c’è, quello che manca è “classicthesis-ldpkg.sty” che, a quanto ho capito, è fondamentale.
Se lo cerco con lo stesso comando che mi hai indicato mi da
`tlmgr: package repository http://ctan.mirror.garr.it/mirrors/CTAN/systems/texlive/tlnet
tlmgr: cannot find classicthesis-ldpkg
