In realtà, trattandosi di un sistema tutto manuale di numerazione,
basta cambiare il nome di \href, ad esempio mettere

\texttt{debian-user} \hyperlink{7}{[1]}`
posto che sia il settimo \href del testo e il primo del nuovo capitolo…
