Già fatto, ma senza risultato, come dicevo sopra mi con a dare l’errore di clash. Provo a postarti qui il contenuto del file LyX relativo al file principale, e più in basso il contenuto del file appendice.lyx. Magari ci possono aiutare… se invece risolvere il problema impone di investire troppo tempo, non farti problemi a dirmelo e incollo il pdf come immagini eps. Il frontespizio contiene solo testo e un’immagine eps, quindi non credo occorra postare anche il sorgente lyx di quel file (se tolgo il frontespizio ho lo stesso problema per i capitoli interni della tesi, quindi il problema è proprio l’appendice9.

Al momento ho rimesso il pdf attraverso lyx con Inserisci – File – Materiale esterno – Pagine PDF (così ritorna il problema options clash, ma l’appendice singolarmente presa si vede)
