Va bene,

questo è quello che a me serve

ma al posto di * e ** ho messo le note che si vedono così
[attachment=504]tabella1ERR.jpg[/attachment]
che però la nota b fuoriesce dal foglio
mentre con \footnotemark e \footnotetext ho
[attachment=505]TabellaFootnote.jpg[/attachment]
