togliendo 3 colonne non ho più problemi, ma basta aggiungerne una e ci risiamo. Come posso uscirne?

L’ambiente [tt]bmatrix[/tt] è impostato per un massimo di dieci colonne. Se te ne occorrono di più, scrivi nel preambolo
`\setcounter{MaxMatrixCols}{13}`
(o quante sono le colonne nella matrice più grande).
