Grazie per la celere risposta.
Al secondo problema ho risolto mediante:
`sed -i 's/_/\\_/g' “tab_as.tex”`
Il primo ancora è irrisolto.
Allego:
il file bash che processa.
Il file txt processato.
Il file tex generato.
Il file Pdf.
