Segnalo che sono già arrivati i primi problemi con TikZ 3.0.0

Testando alcuni codici esempio (vedi sotto) che con la versione precedente alla 3 (aggiornata stamattina) funzionavano correttamente, oggi mi restituiscono tutti lo stesso errore:
