NUOVO AGGIORNAMENTO
Ho provato a reinstallare tutto da capo, da diversi repository. Esattamente da http://ftp.uniroma2.it/TeX/systems/texlive/tlnet/ e da http://mirror.switch.ch/ftp/mirror/tex/systems/texlive/tlnet/
In entrambi i casi mi dà questo errore:

E ovviamente il problema persiste. Sto provando ad aggiungere diversi repo per vedere se cambia qualcosa ma così non sembrerebbe. Che fare? 😕
