Everyone,

I am setting up a “book” document for FarsiTex, which is LaTex2e UNaware, and as a result
packages such as “fancyhdr” and/or “geometry cannot be used along with. I have to stick to
LaTeX 2.09 command set at all times! Having imposed the limitations of LaTeX 2.09, how do I
set [pagesize, twoside, margins] and so on and so forth in the preamble so that I can print
on:

* Both sides of letter size paper
* 2 pages per side
* Fold from the center (and stitch together)
