Caricando il pacchetto textcomp a me risulta tutto funzionante anche se cercherei una soluzione per scrivere più comodamente il tutto:`\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{textcomp}
\begin{document}
{\tt main()} \textrightarrow{} {\tt processBand()} \textrightarrow{} {\tt extractImage()}
\end{document}`

Prova ad eliminare tutti i file ausiliari ed a ricompilare.

Forse perché non carichi il pacchetto textcomp, l’unico che definisca \textrightarrow, che io sappia.

Il comando \tt è deprecato; meglio scrivere \texttt{main()} e similmente per gli altri. Meglio ancora, usa un comando definito nel preambolo:
`\newcommand{\codeword}{\texttt}`
e scrivi \codeword{main()}. Potrai così modificare l’aspetto di tutte quelle parti di testo cambiando solo la definizione \codeword.
