NO \citation \bibdata \bibstyle commands

di ritorno dopo diversi mesi.

Ho appena installato texlive 2013 (usavo la 2010), e c’è qualcosa che non mi funziona più.

Ho un file con `\usepackage[style=philosophy-modern,sorting=nyt]{biblatex}`,

e non riesco più a produrre la bibliografia. In myfile.blg vedo i seguenti avvisi:
`
I found no \citation commands—while reading file myfile.aux
I found no \bibdata command—while reading file myfile.aux
I found no \bibstyle command—while reading file myfile.aux`

cosa può essere, qualche aggiornamento che non conosco? Con Google vedo che è un problema diffuso, ma non capisco le soluzioni.

Dimenticavo, uso anche la seguente definizione:

`\let\oldcite\cite
\renewcommand{\cite}[2][]{[\oldcite[#1]{#2}]} `

Update:

In altra lista mi è stato consilgliato di aggiungere una opzione:
`\usepackage[backend=bibtex,style=philosophy-modern,sorting=nyt]{biblatex}`

Ma ottengo degli errori nei file di biblatex-philosophy:
