problema con glossaries

ciao a tutti, non riesco a capire perché il seguente documento non supporta glossaries.
Si tratta di un template già fatto… ho provato glossaries su altri documenti ed è ok.
allego anche l errore che compare. Uso WinEdt, Windows 8
