Problemi con la bibliografia – Gruppo Utilizzatori Italiani di TeX

Salve a tutti, ho alcuni problemi con la visualizzazione completa della bibliografia.
Mi spiego meglio: sono un utente MAC e per fare la bibliografia uso BibDesk. Questo è un esempio di citazione bibliografica che ho realizzato:

@book{Dallari:2005,
Author = {Dallari, Marco},
City = {Trento},
Date-Added = {2012-07-07 20:52:41 +0000},
Date-Modified = {2012-07-07 20:53:17 +0000},
Publisher = {Erickson},
Title = {La dimensione estetica della paideia},
Year = {2005}}

Il problema lo ho quando visualizzo il file pdf finale, in quanto non trovo, nella bibliografia alla fine del testo, la citazione della CITTA’ dove il libro è stato pubblicato.

Alcuni editori hanno nel proprio nome il simbolo “&” e, quando inserisco questa lettera nel campo PUBLISHER, LaTeX mi dà errore, dandomi questo messaggio:

Ho allora provato a modificare manualmente il campo PUBLISHER mettendo I\&, ma l’errore persiste…

Un’altra cosa: nel testo che sto scrivendo cito Morfologia della fiaba di Propp e vorrei inserire il testo originale in caratteri cirillici Морфология сказки ma quando metto il titolo in cirillico nel campo TITLE e il titolo in italiano nel campo ORIGTITLE la compilazione non va a buon fine, in quanto l’errore penso che mi venga dato dall’uso dei caratteri cirillici.

Sia il testo del progetto di dottorato che sto scrivendo che il database bibliografico sono UTF8.

  Ciao, & in LaTeX è un carattere speciale, quindi per far comparire & nel pdf devi scrivere \& nel codice.
  Per la scrittura in cirillico, non so se sia così semplice come vorresti. Innanzitutto riporta l’errore che ottieni.

  Hai provato con
  `\usepackage[T2A,T1]{fontenc}`
  nel preambolo? Ma dovrai anche inserire le parole in caratteri cirillici in
  `\foreignlanguage{russian}{Морфология сказки}`

  Sempre relativamente alla bibliografia: non riesco più a visualizzare il nome delle città di pubblicazione dei libri.
  
  Il codice del database bibliografico è:

  Devi usare il campo Address; non mi risulta che esista il campo City; s BibDesk consente di metterlo, allora ci vuole un bibliographystyle che lo capisca.
