      Allora. Sono riuscito a diversificare tre Modi di citare, senza parentesi con \cite*{}, con parentesi con \citep{} e tra bra-kets come segue:

      `
      \DeclareCiteCommand{\citer}
      {\usebibmacro{prenote}}
      {\usebibmacro{citeindex}%
      \printtext{$\langle$\usebibmacro{cite}$\rangle$ \usebibmacro{postnote}}}
      {\multicitedelim}
      {}
      `

      Però, così non funziona. Vorrei che se citassi senza parentesi, anche l’entrata corrispondente in bibliografia fosse senza parentesi, e così per le altre voci.

      Al momento, sono riuscito solo a fornire un’opzione globale a tutti gli items bibliografici. Cosa che non voglio:

      `
      \DeclareFieldFormat{labelnumberwidth}{#1\addperiod}
      `

      Un aiutino non sarebbe male. Sto cercando nella documentazione e in Google, ma non riesco a capire come fare.

      Grazie,

      davide

        Allora. Anzitututto, grazie per il consiglio che ho cercato di seguire. Io conto di usare solo @article, @book e @inproceedings. Ho creato un preambolo del genere:

        `\documentclass[]{book}
        %\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}
        \usepackage[italian]{babel}
        \usepackage[T1]{fontenc}

        \usepackage[autostyle]{csquotes}

        \usepackage[
        backend=biber,
        style=numeric,
        %sortlocale=de_DE,
        natbib=true,
        url=false,
        doi=false,
        eprint=false,
        sorting=none,
        firstinits=true
        ]{biblatex}

        \renewbibmacro{in:}{}

        \renewbibmacro*{publisher+location+date}{%from standard.bbx
        \printlist{location}%
        \iflistundef{publisher}
        {\setunit*{\addcomma\space}}
        {\setunit*{\addcomma\space}}%instead of \addcolon\space
        \printlist{publisher}%
        \setunit*{\addcomma\space}%
        \usebibmacro{date}%
        \newunit}

        \DeclareFieldFormat{pages}{#1}% no prefix for the `pages` field in the bibliography
        \renewcommand*{\newunitpunct}{\addcomma\space}
        \DeclareFieldFormat[book]{date}{(#1)}
        \DeclareFieldFormat[article]{title}{#1}
        \DeclareFieldFormat[article]{series}{(#1)\addcomma}
        \DeclareFieldFormat[article]{journaltitle}{\emph{#1}\addcomma}
        \DeclareFieldFormat[article]{volume}{#1\addcomma}
        \DeclareFieldFormat[inproceedings]{title}{#1}
        \DeclareFieldFormat[inproceedings]{date}{(#1)}
        `

        Tutto funziona alla perfezione, salvo due cose (si Veda il mio post sugli items bibliografici che devono essere diversi). Mi resta, da eliminare le parentesi quadre e da sostituirle in bibliografia da un semplice Numero seguito da un puntino o da un Numero tra parentesti angolate. Nel primo caso, nel testo deve comparire solo il Numero, nel secondo il Numero tra parentesi angolate. Sinceramente, non mi sembra una buona idea lasciare un Numero sprovvisto di parentesti nel testo, ma non sono problemi miei. Il pacchetto cite non lo posso usare, Pena conflitti. La mia idea era di creare un qualcosa simile al \mybibitem di quel post. Cioè mettere di Default i Numeri senza parentesi e in certi casi inserirli tra parentesi angolate. Come potrei fare?

        Grazie,

        davide

              Anzitutto, grazie per la risposta. Il mio compito sarebbe quello di eliminare qualsiasi tipo di parentesi nei riferimenti bibliografici. Se uso il comando \cite{} questo inserisce nel testo e nella bibliografia delle parentesi quadre. Io dovrei eliminare queste parentesi in modo da inserire solo alcuni items tra bra-kets. La soluzione di \citen{} mi sembrava la più comoda…

                Grazie. Ma il problema è il seguente: sono già laureato e ho un dottorato in logica ed epistemologia alla Sapienza. Ho scritto vari articoli accademici in Italia solo con la Lettera Pristem, ma all’estero su varie riviste accademiche, tra cui le Notices of the AMS o la Gazette des mathematicians. Ho sempre utilizzato il latex e un file esterno .bib. Mandavo il file .tex e .bib in una cartella al board delle riviste e poi si arrangiavano loro. Qui, io dovrei collaborare alla redazione delle opere complete di un matematico, ma purtroppo Hanno fatto la scelta di usare l’environmente “thebibliography” e poi quella di usare le parentesi per alcuni items. Io feci la proposta di creare due bibliografie distinte, ma non è passata. Dal mio punto di vista, ho la netta impressione che dovrò sistemare ogni item singolarmente e a mano. A me dispiace, perché con un file esterno tutto era più bello. Si aveva un unico file bibliografico per tutti i lavori, senza dover riscrivere ogni volta lo stesso item.

                Il punto qual’è? Che si tratta di lavoro e vengo pagato per questo. Quindi, non ho possibilità di manovra. Fossi uno degli editori, sarebbe diverso. Punterei i piedi. In questo caso, devo obbedire.

                Grazie infinite, comunque.

                    Grazie del consiglio. Purtroppo, la mia soluzione non funziona più così com’è. Io vorrei che i Numeri degli items fossero incolonnati uno sotto l’altro e che il testo di ogni item iniziasse allo stesso punto. Adesso vedo che dopo un item il numero successivo y cade sotto la prima parentesi e dopo la x.

                    Che fare?

                      Hai Ragione, scusa. È una macro che avevo scritto. In questo modo funziona:

                      `

                      \documentclass{book}
                      \usepackage{cite}
                      \usepackage{amssymb}
                      \usepackage{ifthen}
                      \usepackage{footmisc}

                      \usepackage[english]{babel}
                      \def\vv<#1>{$\langle$#1$\rangle$}

                      \makeatletter
                      \renewcommand\@cite[2]{%
                      Ref.~#1\ifthenelse{\boolean{@tempswa}}
                      {, \nolinebreak[3] #2}{}
                      }
                      \renewcommand\@biblabel[1]{#1.}
                      \makeatother

                      \newcommand{\mybibitem}[1]{\stepcounter{enumiv} \bibitem[{$\langle$}{\arabic{enumiv}}{$\rangle$}]{#1}}

                      \begin{document}

                      Voglio citare \footnote{\citen{schroder}} e citare \footnote{\citen{serret}} e citare \footnote{\citen{schroder1}} e citare ancora \footnote{Non lo so}.

                      \begin{thebibliography}{99}

                      \bibitem{schroder} Ernst Schr{\”o}der, \emph{Vorlesungen {\”u}ber die Algebra der Logik}, Teubner, Leipzig, 1901.
                      \mybibitem{serret} \hspace{-3pt}Alfred Tarski, On the Calculus of Relations, \emph{The Journal of Symbolic Logic}, (6), 3, (1941), 73–89.
                      \bibitem{schroder1} Ernst Schr\”oder, \emph{Der Operationskreis des Logikkalk\”uls}, Teubner, Leipzig, 1877.

                      \end{thebibliography}

                      \end{document}
                      `

                      Ho dovuto inserire uno spazio negativo al secondo item, perché la A di Alfred finisca sotto la E di Ernst. L’alternativa è di inserire nella definizione di mybibitem uno spazio negativo di -6pt.

                      Spero che qualcuno trovi una soluzione più elegante.

                      In effetti, questa storia delle bra-kets non mi piace, ma quando ti chiedono e ti pagano per farlo… facciamolo. Nei miei articoli uso una soluzione diversa.

                        Ho provato in questo modo:

                        `

                        \usepackage{cite}

                        }
                        \renewcommand\@biblabel[1]{#1.}
                        \makeatother

                        \newcommand{\mybibitem}[1]{\stepcounter{enumiv} \bibitem[\vv<{\arabic{enumiv}}>]{#1}}

                        \begin{document}

                        Voglio citare \footnote{\vv<\citen{schroder}>} e citare \footnote{\vv<\citen{serret}>} e citare \footnote{\citen{schroder1}} e citare ancora \footnote{Non lo so}.

                        \begin{thebibliography}{99}

                        \bibitem{schroder} Ernst Schr{\”o}der, \emph{Vorlesungen {\”u}ber die Algebra der Logik}, Teubner, Leipzig, 1901.
                        \mybibitem{serret} Alfred Tarski, On the Calculus of Relations, \emph{The Journal of Symbolic Logic}, (6), 3, (1941), 73–89.

                        \end{thebibliography}

                        \end{document}
                        `

                        Il latex my dà errore: !missing $ inserted. Per il resto, andrebbe bene. A parte il fatto che la A di Alfred non cade perfettamente sotto la E di Ernst del primo item. Mi va bene che i Numeri degli items siano incolonnati, ma vorrei che anche gli items iniziassero tutti allo stesso posto.

                              […] let us assume, that the product of real numbers and imaginary units is associative and commutative~\footnote{As in the case of $O_1.$} and that the distributivity law is satisfied in the form $(a + b)i = ai + bi$, so that the name ‘product’ could right be ascribed to the connection $ai.$ We further assume that $a + bi = bi + a$ and we define the sum by it:
                              \begin{equation}\notag
                              (a + bi) + (c + di) = (a + c) + (b + d)i~.~\footnote{[…] nehmen wir an, dass das Produkt reeller Zahlen und imagin\”ar Einheiten associativ und commutativ sei und das distributive Princip in der Form $(A + B)i = Ai + Bi$ erf\”ullt werde, so dass der Verkn\”upfung $Ai$ mit Recht der Name ‘Product’ zugeschrieben werden kann. Wir nehmen weiter an, dass $A + Bi = Bi + A$ und definiren die Summe durch:
                              \begin{equation}\notag
                              (A + Bi) + (\Gamma + \Delta i) = (A + \Gamma) + (B + \Delta)i.

                              Equipped with such addition, $\mathbb{C} = $~\footnote{$S$ is here a set of complex numbers.} is another possible semantics for $O_1$. For the case $4\alpha)$ we may quote again from Hankel’s volume:
                              \begin{quotation}
                              If one will carry over the concept of the usual numerical addition to the addition of points in space, then it is first necessary attaching a coefficient, a weight (so to say), to the points, in order to transform them in quantities, which are capable to be multiplied or divided by real numbers $\alpha$, and to distinguish a simple point $p$ from a point $\alpha p$, multiplied $\alpha$ times, taking into account that both $p$ and $\alpha p$ occupies the same place in space. This way it is possible expressing the sum $p +p$ of the same point $p$, taken two times, as $2p.$ […] To sum more points, one must performe this operation more times, in force of the following definition:
                              \begin{equation}\notag
                              \alpha p + \beta q = (\alpha + \beta)r~\footnote{Notice the formal similarity withe addition on $\mathbb{C}$ given above.},
                              \end{equation}
                              where $r$ lays on the line $\overline{pq},$ such that the next ratio holds:
                              \begin{equation}\notag
                              \overline{pr}:\overline{rq} = \beta:\alpha~.~\footnote{Will man den Begriff der Addition auf Punkte im Raume \”ubertragen, so ist es zun\”achst nothwendig, den Punkten, um sie zu Gr\”ossen zu machen, welcher einer Vervielfachung und Theilung nach reellen Zahlen $\mathfrak{a}$ f\”ahig sind, einen Coefficienten, ein Gewicht beizulegen und den Punkt $A$ als einfachen von dem $\mathfrak{a}$ fachen Punkte $\mathfrak{a}A$ zu unterscheiden, wobei man sich beide an derselben Stelle im Raume zu denken hat. Dadurch ist es dann m\”oglich, die Summe $C + C$ durch denselben Puntk $C$, aber doppelt genommen, also $2C$ auszudr\”ucken.
