Hai seguito i consigli che ti ho dato ieri? Perché continui a compilare con LaTeX (si vede dall’ultima riga del tuo log: quel .dvi dice che non hai usato PDFLaTeX) anziché con PDFLaTeX (dovresti avere formularioprova.pdf)?

Hai installato TeX Live 2012? Stai usando TeXworks?

Lo sto scaricando…non ho un’ADSL molto veloce (640 Kbps)… 🙂

Guarda, Vista l’ho già configurato in tal senso, ma, a parte il fatto che su TeXnicCenter non ho nè il bottone LaTeX, nè il pdfLaTeX, nella cartella dove ho salvato il .tex, non ho altro che il .tex e il .log !
