Ti ringrazio per il tuo suggerimento.
Preferisco usare il pacchetto adjustbox perché mi permette di ruotare in senso antiorario. E se volessi lasciare che le didascalie non siano ruotate?

I primi tre \begin{figure} sono riferiti alla stessa Figura, mentre l’ultima è quella che mi compare con la numerazione errata.

l’errore potrebbe insorgere perchè uso \input?
