Errori Biblatex+Biblatex-philosophy con nuova installazione

Ciao a tutti,
ho dovuto riformattare il mio PC (OS Windows 7) e di conseguenza ho reinstallato tutto quanto riguarda LaTeX. L’articolo che sto scrivendo e che precedentemente compilava senza problemi, ora mi dà diversi errori rigurado ai pacchetti Biblatex e BibLaTeX-philosophy. Siccome ora sono pacchetti compresi in MikTeX, non ho fatto altro che scaricarli e farli installare automaticamente. Ho poi controllato e mi pare che tutti i files siano al posto giusto nell’albero personale.

I was expecting to see `<', `=', or `>‘. Didn’t.

A parte il primo errore riguardante il pacchetto etoolbox (che comunque ho scaricato con MikTex) non saprei da dove partire per rivolvere questa marea di errori, che continua ben oltre quanto ho riportato.
In particolare non capisco gli errori riguardanti le opzioni del pacchetto Biblatex e in quello Biblatex-philosophy. Non mi risulta siano stati recentissimamente aggiornati.
