il copyright altrui dove va?

ho un problema stupido ma è un problema
dove e come si cita il copyright altui in un documento
Mi spiego con un esempio
mi serviva un esempio di codifica e guardando su ctan ho trovato il pacchetto braille di cui viene fornito
il sorgnte latex della documentzione.
Nella documentazione vi è anche una bella tabella ed è la tabella che cerco
non mi sembra giusto copiarla senza citare l’autore
la licenza penso di aver compreso che lo permetta

ma dove metto la citazione dell’autore?
1) seconda di copertina?
2) a pie pagina dove c’è la tabella?
3) come bibliogafia ma in questo caso come imposto i campi?
