\subsection{Installation}
\label{sec:MagnetInstallation}
If *** Impianti is the supplier of the Box Feeder, prior to receiving the equipment the customer will be furnished with a general arrangement drawing of your equipment layout provided by ***, which includes all pertinent elevations and
dimensions. This drawing shows the configuration of he conveyor and location of the support

\sollevamento{Identify the Gravity Take-up Section}
Once the equipment is received, the installation team has to identify the Gravity Take-up Section and all necessary precautions have be taken in order to assure against injury and damage. \\
Once installed, the start-up procedure must be performed before continuous usage.
\subsection {Start Up}
\label{sec:MagnetStartUp}

Once the magnet is fixed and the distance between magnet and belt is calibrated the start-up procedure can be performed.\\
Start-up procedure:
\begin{enumerate}
\item Start box feeder
\item put some metallic parts (100g) in the fuel
\item Verify that this metallic part is captured by magnet
\item If yes $\Rightarrow$ procedure successfully completed
\item If not $\Rightarrow$ optimize distance between belt and magnet
\item If distance to low and metallic part not captured $\Rightarrow$ change the magnet with a stronger one and repeat the procedure.
\item Confirm proper working
\end{enumerate}
\subsection{Use and Calibration}
\label{sec:MagnetUseandCalibration}

The distance between magnet and running belt has to respect the magnet constructor instructions.\\
Once start-up procedure is successfully performed, the magnet needs only perodcally checks. Go to \ref{sec:Magnet_Maintenances}

If the distance between the biggest surface of magnet and the feeding belt s too high to not let metal be captured, that is a misuse, and metallic part can reach fuel handling machineries and/or burner.\\
If the distance between the biggest surface of magnet and the feeding belt s too low to not let fuel falling into the chursher (if any), that is a misuse, and fuel cannot reach burners and they will stop.
